Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Compatibility : the printers visible in the image are only an example of use: only the exact reference of the consumable guarantees compatibility with your machine.
  • Quantity : an image of a multipack or a multicolour set says nothing about the packaging sold — the number of units and the colour are those of the title and the specifications.
  • Yield : standard, XL and high-yield versions most often share the same photo.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

3 months warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does this HP 761 printhead serve two colours at once?
Yes: it is a single part for two of the system's inks, magenta and cyan. A faulty printhead therefore affects both colours at the same time.
Which printers does this printhead fit?
The HP DesignJet T7200 and T7100. Check the model shown on your plotter before ordering.
Does this printhead contain ink?
No: the contents are limited to a printhead. Ink cartridges are separate references, to be ordered separately.
What type of ink does this printhead take?
Dye-based ink, chosen for colour vibrancy. That is the usual choice for cyan and magenta, whereas the matte black in the same range is pigment-based.
Why replace a printhead on a plotter?
Because the printhead is the part that ejects the droplets: when it wears out or becomes permanently clogged, streaks or missing colours appear, whatever the ink level.
Is this HP 761 printhead genuine and under warranty?
Yes, it is an HP DesignJet printhead, reference CH646A, magenta and cyan, weighing 70 grams. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for a period of 1 year.
