Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Compatibility : the printers visible in the image are only an example of use: only the exact reference of the consumable guarantees compatibility with your machine.
  • Quantity : an image of a multipack or a multicolour set says nothing about the packaging sold — the number of units and the colour are those of the title and the specifications.
  • Yield : standard, XL and high-yield versions most often share the same photo.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which printers does the Canon PF-03 printhead fit?
Canon imagePROGRAF range plotters. Check the printhead part number your machine requires in its manual: at Canon, the same range can use several generations of printheads depending on the model year.
Why replace the printhead of a Canon plotter?
Because it is a wear part, separate from the ink tanks. When lines are missing or colours drift despite cleaning, it is the printhead that needs replacing — not more ink that needs adding.
Is the Canon PF-03 printhead difficult to install?
It is described as offering quick and easy installation, with no special tools. On a plotter, the printhead is designed to be replaced by the user: this keeps the machine from standing idle while waiting for a technician.
What does the Canon PF-03 printhead bring to print quality?
Faithful colour reproduction and precision in fine details — which matters as much on a technical drawing, where a dimension must remain legible, as on a poster, where a gradient must not show banding.
Is the Canon PF-03 printhead new and under warranty?
New, part number 2251B001, in original Canon packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document requested if you make a claim.
