1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Which papers does the Epson DS-530II scanner accept?
From 27 to 413 g/m² — from onion-skin paper to thick card. That is an exceptionally wide range: it covers receipts and carbon paper just as well as card business cards, without changing any mechanical setting.
Can the Epson DS-530II scan an A3 sheet?
Yes, by folding it in half: the scanner reads both halves and stitches them back together digitally into a single A3 image. It is the only way to handle a large-format plan or table on an A4 sheet-fed scanner.
How fast is the Epson WorkForce DS-530II scanner?
35 pages/min and 70 images/min, in black and white as well as colour, measured in A4 at 200 and 300 dpi — the same speed at both resolutions. Duplex scanning is done in a single pass, without turning the stack over.
What can you do with a crumpled document on the Epson DS-530II?
It has a slow scanning mode, designed for crumpled or fragile documents. It also detects double feeds ultrasonically: two sheets stuck together stop the job instead of leaving a gap in the archive.
