This product is covered for 2 years by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

What is the TP-Link TL-WA855RE range extender for?
It extends the coverage of your existing Wi-Fi to eliminate “dead zones” (poorly covered rooms). It connects wirelessly to your internet box or router and carries its signal on to hard-to-reach spots.
What speed and Wi-Fi standard does the TL-WA855RE offer?
It offers Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n), N300, up to 300 Mbps, on the 2.4 GHz band only (single-band). It therefore does not broadcast a 5 GHz band: it is a simple, affordable model for extending range.
Is the TL-WA855RE compatible with all internet boxes and routers?
Yes: it is compatible with all Wi-Fi internet boxes and routers on the market. It may not work with gateways running modified, non-standard or outdated firmware.
Can the TL-WA855RE be used as an access point?
Yes: with its Ethernet port and Access Point (AP) mode, you can turn a wired network socket (in a hotel room, for example) into a new personal Wi-Fi hotspot.
