1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Will my 16-inch laptop really fit in this bag?
The padded compartment measures 38.6 × 26.7 × 3 cm and takes laptops from 15.6 to 16 inches, including the 16-inch MacBook Pro and most machines with a 16-inch screen. The real point to check is the thickness of yours: over 3 cm, it will not fit.
Is there a USB port for charging a phone?
No, this model has no USB port. The Torino II focuses on storage and carrying comfort: five storage areas, a front accessory pocket, a carry strap, a top handle and ultra-comfortable shoulder straps. It is a compact, modern bag designed for everyday use.
Is the bag water-resistant?
It is the base that is water-resistant, in other words the part that touches the ground and wet surfaces. The exterior is a soft, satin-finish composite polyester, available in several colours, and the lining is 210D polyester; the back is reinforced.
Exactly how many storage compartments does it have?
Five, for 15 litres in total: a main compartment for documents and personal belongings, a padded laptop compartment, a dedicated sleeve for a tablet up to 11 inches, an internal organiser and a spacious zipped front pocket. Enough to carry your laptop, tablet and accessories without mixing everything up.
Can it be attached to a wheeled suitcase?
Yes, a trolley strap lets you place it on a suitcase's telescopic handle. When travelling, the bag then rests on your luggage rather than on your shoulders; a carry strap and a top handle take over the rest of the time.
Is it heavy or bulky for everyday use?
It stays light: 534 g empty (576 g packaged) for 33 × 50 × 15 cm and 15 litres of usable space. Its slim format is designed for everyday use, with a reinforced back, a top handle and ultra-comfortable shoulder straps for repeated journeys. Its 15 litres hold the laptop, a tablet up to 11 inches and your things for the day.
What can I do with the loose ends of the straps after adjusting them?
Elastic bands are provided to tidy away the unused strap lengths once you have adjusted them to your size. The adjustment is made on shoulder straps described as ultra-comfortable, combined with a reinforced back.
What materials is it made of, and where is it designed?
A soft, satin-finish composite polyester exterior, a 210D polyester lining and a water-resistant base. The Torino II is designed in France (PORT Designs) and made in China; it weighs 534 g for 33 × 50 × 15 cm overall, with 15 litres of interior volume, and comes in several colours.
Is the bag new and under warranty?
Yes, a new bag supplied with its invoice, which serves as the warranty document for 1 year — keep it: it is the document you will be asked for when making a warranty claim. Details of the dimensions, compartments and materials are given in the PORT Designs product datasheet (PDF).
