1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Will my 16-inch laptop really fit inside?
It is rated for laptops up to 16 inches, held in a dedicated padded compartment. Screen size is not everything: also measure the width, depth and above all the thickness of your machine before choosing. A separate padded sleeve holds the tablet.
Is the laptop really protected against knocks?
Yes: the dedicated laptop sleeve is surrounded by 360° foam cushioning, and the bottom of the bag has an extra-durable coating. Dell bags undergo tests for water resistance, strap and zip strength, and fabric abrasion.
Is it rainproof?
It is weather- and dirt-resistant, with an extra-durable coating on the bottom that makes it water-resistant: enough to handle a shower or a wet floor. It is resistant, not fully waterproof — in heavy, prolonged rain, it is best to put it under cover.
Can it be attached to a suitcase handle when travelling?
Yes, a pass-through strap lets you attach it to a telescopic handle. The shoulder straps are adjustable, complemented by a grip strap and a padded handle, and reflective accents improve visibility in low light.
How is the storage organised inside?
Besides the padded laptop compartment, there is a padded tablet sleeve, a document compartment, an organiser and an accessory compartment, a zipped front pocket and two stretch mesh side pockets for bottles.
Is it bulky, and how much does it weigh empty?
It weighs 590 g empty and measures 44.5 cm high, 31.5 cm wide and 14 cm deep. It is a Slim format: the depth stays contained once the laptop and tablet are in their dedicated sleeves, and it closes with a zip over a 600D fabric lining.
In what way is this backpack genuinely eco-friendly?
On measurable points: the outer fabric is 100% recycled polyester, equivalent to about twelve plastic bottles reused and up to 89% less fossil fuel than virgin polyester. The solution-dyeing process can cut greenhouse gas emissions by 97% and water consumption by 96%.
Is this Dell Pro EcoLoop Slim backpack new and under warranty?
Yes: it is new, in its original packaging, supplied with its invoice, which serves as the warranty document for 1 year. It comes in black, with a 600D fabric lining, and arrives in packaging — label, hanging loop and pouch — made from 100% recycled materials.
