1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Does a 15.6-inch laptop really fit in this bag?
Yes. The dedicated compartment is padded and designed for screen sizes up to 15.6 inches, enough to protect the machine from knocks and scratches. The bag measures 42.54 × 12.7 × 31.75 cm: the size of an everyday commuter backpack.
What exactly is in the box?
Only the backpack. The travel charger shown with this model is sold separately: it is not in the box.
Which part of the bag exactly is the recycled fabric used for?
The outer surface, in 95% recycled fabric: it is the outer fabric that carries this figure, not the whole construction. The same fabric has a water-resistant coating.
Is this bag designed for getting around town, including at dusk?
Yes. It combines reflective inserts, which make you visible in low light, with lockable zips to protect your laptop and personal belongings in crowded places.
Where can I put my phone, wallet or a water bottle?
In the zipped pockets provided for them: sunglasses, phone, wallet and water bottle each have their own place, quickly accessible on the move. The laptop stays separate, in its padded compartment.
How much does the bag weigh empty?
0.46 kg, under half a kilo: the weight you carry is essentially that of the laptop. The shoulder strap is adjustable and padded, designed for a busy working day.
Is the HP Prelude Pro Recycled (1X644AA) backpack new and under warranty?
