1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Which laptop fits in the Rivacase Alpendorf 7560 bag?
A laptop of 295 × 380 × 45 mm maximum, i.e. a 15.6-inch model. It is this maximum size that you should compare with the actual dimensions of your machine, which is more reliable than screen size alone: two 15.6-inch laptops can differ by several centimetres.
Does this backpack protect against rain?
It is made of water-resistant polyester. That is protection against a shower or a splash, not waterproofing: in heavy, prolonged rain, water eventually gets through at the seams and zips.
How is the laptop held in place in this bag?
By a retaining strap in the main compartment, which has soft sides. The strap stops the laptop from sliding down when you put the bag down: that is what prevents the bottom corner from taking a knock.
What do the reinforced sides of this Rivacase bag protect?
They provide extra protection against accidental knocks — the bag put down a little too quickly, the corner bumped on public transport. It is the most exposed area of a backpack, and it is rarely reinforced on entry-level models.
How much does the Rivacase Alpendorf 7560 bag weigh?
