1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can both cards be read at the same time or one after the other?
At the same time. The reader accesses both slots simultaneously, for reading and writing alike: you copy from an SD card to a microSD card in a single operation, without unplugging or restarting the transfer between the two.
What is the maximum memory card capacity it supports?
2 TB per card. It supports SD, SDXC, SDHC, MMC and RS-MMC as well as microSD (TF), microSDXC and microSDHC cards: enough to cover a recent high-capacity camera card as well as an old MMC card.
Do I need to install a driver before using it?
No, it is plug and play: plug it in and the card is accessible, with nothing to install. It works on Windows XP to 11, macOS, Linux and ChromeOS — on a recent computer as well as on an old workshop machine or a Chromebook.
How does USB 3.0 change how long a transfer takes?
It reaches 5 Gbps, i.e. 10 times the speed of USB 2.0: 1 GB of photos goes across in a few seconds. A dedicated chip keeps the transfer stable — the difference is felt most when you empty a full card after a weekend of shooting.
Do you need an adapter to read the microSD card from a smartphone or camera?
No: the microSD (TF) slot takes the bare card, without the SD adapter that always ends up getting lost. microSDHC and microSDXC cards are supported, and the second slot takes the full-size SD cards from your camera.
Does it plug directly into the USB port or via a cable?
Via a short cable: it does not block the neighbouring ports and lies flat on the desk instead of levering on the socket. The body measures 36 × 50 × 13 mm and is light, easy to slip into a laptop bag pocket.
Is the Ugreen 20250 card reader new and under warranty?
Yes: a new and genuine Ugreen reader, part number 20250, delivered in its original packaging with its invoice. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year: keep it in case of a card-reading or connector fault. The EAN code 6957303822508 identifies the exact reference.
