1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Do you have to remove one card to read the other?
No. The SD card and the microSD card are read simultaneously: both appear on the computer at the same time, so you can copy from one to the other in a single operation instead of running two transfers in a row.
Can it be plugged into something other than a computer?
Yes: it is compatible with PCs and laptops, but also with TVs and games consoles — so you can display the contents of an SD card on the living-room TV without going through a computer.
Do I need to install software or a driver to use it?
No, it is DriverFree: plug it in and the cards are accessible, with nothing to install. That is also what makes it usable on a locked-down company computer where installing drivers is not allowed.
What transfer speed can you expect from this reader?
