1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Does the Galaxy Fit3 work with an iPhone?
It is stated to be Android-compatible. That is the first thing to check before ordering a Samsung fitness band: the tracking app and pairing are designed for the Android ecosystem.
What battery life does the Samsung Galaxy Fit3 claim?
Up to 13 days with its 208 mAh battery. That is fitness-band territory, well above a smartwatch with an always-on screen: charging becomes weekly, not daily.
Can you swim with the Galaxy Fit3?
It is rated for 50 metres, i.e. 5 ATM. This standard covers pool swimming and showering; it does not, however, allow diving or high-impact water sports, where the pressure far exceeds the static value tested.
What sensors does the Galaxy Fit3 have?
An optical heart rate sensor, a barometer and an accelerometer. The barometer is the sensor that tells climbing stairs apart from walking on the flat: it is what makes floor counting possible.
What screen does the Samsung Galaxy Fit3 have?
A 1.6-inch AMOLED screen, at 256 × 402 pixels. AMOLED only lights up the pixels that are on: on a black background, the display uses little power, which partly explains the claimed battery life.
Does the Galaxy Fit3 track sleep?
Yes, sleep tracking is among its health features, alongside heart rate tracking. It is the thirteen-day battery life that makes this tracking sustainable: a watch that has to be charged every evening cannot measure your nights.
Is this Samsung Galaxy Fit3 fitness band new and under warranty?
New, white colour, 40 mm case, Bluetooth 5.3. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document you will be asked for if you make a claim.
