This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What real-world use do the 13 days of battery life correspond to?
To a typical daily use measured over 24 hours: 52 notifications, 4 minutes of messaging, 9 minutes of checking the time and 30 minutes of workout, with the watch connected via Bluetooth. More intensive use or a weak signal shortens this duration, as the 13 days come from a laboratory test on a pre-release version.
How long does it take to recharge, and with which cable?
Allow 30 minutes to get back to 65% charge. Charging is done with the USB-C magnetic charging cable supplied with the watch; a full charge then lasts up to 13 days of use.
Do you need a Samsung smartphone to get the most out of it?
Yes, for full tracking: the Galaxy Fit3 pairs with a Samsung Galaxy smartphone running Android 10.0 or later, with at least 1.5 GB of memory. Sleep analysis also requires the Samsung Health 6.26 app or later, which brings together workouts, sleep and health data on a larger screen.
Can it be paired with a Galaxy Tab tablet or a Galaxy Book?
No. Pairing with a Galaxy Tab or a Galaxy Book is not supported: the watch pairs with a Galaxy smartphone, which hosts the Galaxy Wearable app — used to add watch faces, edit tiles and turn on automatic workout detection.
Can I transfer the data from my old Galaxy Fit band?
No: backing up and restoring data from previous models is not supported on the Galaxy Fit3. Once in use, however, it does back up its own watch faces, apps and settings.
Can you swim with it, or wear it in the shower?
Yes for swimming: it is rated 5 ATM (50 metres for 10 minutes) and IP68 (1.5 m for 30 minutes, dust included), and it recognises swimming automatically. It is not suitable for diving or for high-pressure water sports; dry the device and your hands before handling it.
What exactly does sleep tracking measure?
It analyses your sleep stages, your snoring and your blood oxygen level, then gives you a score. Personalised coaching only becomes available after seven days of data, including two rest days, and snore detection requires the Galaxy smartphone to stay close to your head.
Do the heart rate and oxygen measurements have any medical value?
No. They are intended for wellness and fitness: they are not meant to detect, diagnose or monitor any disease and do not replace a doctor's advice. The watch can nevertheless alert you when your heart rate is too high or too low, and measure your stress level hour by hour.
What happens if I fall during an outing?
The watch detects the fall using its sensors, including a barometer, and asks whether you need help. Pressing the Home button five times alerts your emergency contacts, and your saved medical information is displayed on the lock screen when help arrives.
Do you have to start each workout manually?
Not always: the watch automatically recognises and tracks the most common workouts, including running, elliptical, rowing machine and swimming, provided detection is turned on in the Galaxy Wearable app. It does not cover every exercise; double-pressing the Home button opens the list of more than 100 workouts.
Does the 1.6-inch screen really display that entire area?
The 1.6-inch diagonal is measured on the full rectangle, without taking the rounded corners into account: the actual viewable area is slightly smaller. The AMOLED screen offers more than 100 watch faces, including one you can create from your own photo.
Can you reply to a message or control music from your wrist?
Yes. You can see incoming calls, reply to text messages and control music directly from the watch, synced with your Galaxy smartphone. Navigation is by touch: swipe right for notifications, left for tiles, and up for the app list.
Can it trigger the phone's camera remotely?
Yes, with a Galaxy smartphone running One UI 6.0 or later and the preinstalled Camera app, in Photo mode. Zoom from the watch, however, is not available on the Galaxy Fit3. It can also ring a misplaced phone, as long as it remains within Bluetooth range.
Is the watch new and under warranty?
Yes: the Galaxy Fit3 is new, in its original packaging, and comes with its invoice, which serves as the 1-year warranty document. This is the 40 mm version, reference SM-R390NIDAMEA; its 18.5 g aluminium case (without the strap) and its 5 ATM and IP68 ratings make it suitable for everyday wear, sport included.
