1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Do the keyboard and mouse take up two USB ports?
No, just one. Both go through the supplied HP Link-5 USB Type-A nano receiver, which accepts up to five compatible devices. The link runs on 2.4 GHz RF with a 10-metre range: a free USB-A port is therefore still required on the computer.
Do you need to buy batteries for this keyboard and mouse?
No: both have rechargeable lithium-ion batteries, with the USB charging cables supplied — you can keep working while they charge. Smart sleep modes preserve the battery life, which is 3 months, and LED indicators warn you when a recharge is needed.
Are the keys backlit?
No, there is no backlighting, and no wrist rest is supplied. The keyboard is a straight, black, full-size (100%) model with a full numeric keypad and an AZERTY layout. Nor does it have a built-in pointing device: pointing is done with the mouse included in the combo.
How good are the mouse's precision and buttons?
It relies on a 1,200 DPI laser sensor and offers three programmable buttons as well as a scroll wheel. It measures 107 × 67 × 38.7 mm and weighs 100 g, with a Soft Touch coating.
How much width does this keyboard take up on the desk?
433 mm wide by 141 mm deep and just 13.2 mm thick, at 434 g: it is a full-size format with a numeric keypad, best suited to desks that have the width for it.
What materials is this HP 950MK combo made of?
The keyboard is crafted from anodised aluminium, with extremely quiet keys, and the mouse has a Soft Touch coating. The set is black and comprises 2 pieces, nano receiver included, for office use.
