1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Does the MX Keys S keyboard have a numeric keypad?
Yes. The MX Keys S is a full-size keyboard: it has a numeric keypad on the right, and its dimensions of 430 × 132 × 20.5 mm correspond exactly to that format. It is the MX Keys S Mini, noticeably narrower, that does without one.
How does the MX Keys S backlighting work?
It is smart: it adjusts to ambient light and switches on as your hands approach. So it does not stay on all the time — which saves battery life while still lighting up when needed.
How precise is the mouse in this Logitech combo?
8,000 dpi — far higher than an ordinary office mouse, designed for high-resolution screens. It has 7 buttons, and a wrist rest is included.
What is MagSpeed scrolling on this mouse?
A magnetic free-spinning wheel: flicked once, it keeps spinning and scrolls through hundreds of lines in a second, then switches to notch-by-notch scrolling for fine adjustment. That is what sets a productivity mouse apart from an ordinary one.
How does this Logitech combo connect?
