This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is the Wave Keys wrist rest really padded?
Yes: three layers of memory foam cushion the wrist rest. Combined with the wave shape, this is what reduces pressure on the wrists and puts your hands and forearms in a natural typing position, even over a full day of typing.
Are the keys on the Logitech Wave Keys backlit?
No, there is no backlighting: in a dark room, the key legends do not light up. The keyboard does, however, have status lights and a built-in on/off button.
Can you connect it to several devices and switch from one to another?
Yes, with the Easy-Switch keys: you move from the laptop to the tablet or phone with a single press. It connects either via Bluetooth or through the supplied Logi Bolt receiver, with a stated wireless range of 10 m.
Are batteries included, and how long do they last?
Yes: 2 AAA batteries are in the box, for a stated battery life of up to 3 years (36 months). The built-in on/off button also lets you switch the keyboard off during long absences.
Is the wireless receiver included, and what type of port does it plug into?
Yes, a Logi Bolt nano receiver is in the box; it plugs into a USB Type-A port. On a machine that only has USB-C ports, use the Bluetooth connection instead, which is natively supported — that also keeps the port free.
What does typing feel like, and do the keys hold up over time?
Low-profile keys, but with a genuine 2.5 mm travel, an actuation point at 1.5 mm and an actuation force of 50 g, on a membrane mechanism. The keycaps are made of ABS and the keys are rated for 10 million keystrokes.
Is the ergonomic certification a marketing claim or a real label?
It is an external validation: the Wave Keys was developed and tested with the Logi Ergo Lab, then certified ergonomic by United States Ergonomics. The keyboard is curved and its height is adjustable.
Does it work with a Mac, an iPad, an Android phone or Linux?
Yes: Windows, macOS (Big Sur 11, Monterey 12, Ventura 13), ChromeOS, Linux, iPadOS and Android from version 9 to 13. Combined with the Easy-Switch keys, the same keyboard therefore serves both the desktop workstation and the tablet.
Is a mouse included with this keyboard?
No. The box contains the keyboard only, the Logi Bolt USB receiver, 2 AAA batteries and a quick start guide. The keyboard has no built-in pointing device either: plan for a separate mouse if you are equipping a complete workstation.
How much space does it take up on the desk?
376 × 219 mm, 30.5 mm thick and 750 g: it is a 100% format with a numeric keypad, with a one-piece wrist rest. As the keyboard's height is adjustable, you can set the tilt to suit your work surface.
Can you reprogram the keys and create your own shortcuts?
Yes, with the Logi Options+ app, available to download: it lets you customise the keys and define app-specific shortcuts. The keyboard also has 256 KB of built-in memory.
Does this keyboard have a quantified environmental footprint?
Yes: 61% certified post-consumer recycled plastic in the plastic parts of the Graphite version, paper packaging from FSC-certified forests, and CarbonNeutral certification, which offsets the product's residual carbon footprint.
Is the keyboard new and under warranty?
Yes: a new Logitech product, reference 920-012286 (EAN code 5099206117280), in Graphite, sealed in its original packaging and supplied with its invoice, which serves as the 1-year warranty document.
