Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Keyboard layout : images are most often QWERTY or international; the layout actually delivered (AZERTY or QWERTY) is the one stated in the specifications — check it before ordering.
  • Backlighting : a keyboard photographed lit up is not necessarily backlit, and the lighting effect depends on the model.
  • Format and keys : format (full-size, TKL, compact), numeric keypad and media keys change from one reference to another.
  • Connection : wired, wireless with a USB receiver or Bluetooth: the photo cannot settle it.
  • Items alongside : a mouse, mat, wrist rest or keyboard shown next to the product are included only if the title states it is a bundle.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is the Razer Joro keyboard AZERTY?
Yes, this reference is the French AZERTY version. It is the point to check before ordering any keyboard: a QWERTY layout moves the letters A, Q, Z, W and M and makes typing accents more complicated.
How does the Razer Joro keyboard connect?
Via Bluetooth 5.0 or an RF wireless connection, and it is USB and USB-C compatible. Bluetooth lets you move from one device to another, while the RF connection offers a faster response on your main workstation.
What do the Razer Joro's Ultra Low-Profile switches offer?
A very short key travel: typing is described as smooth and natural, close to that of a laptop keyboard, but with a mechanism designed for responsiveness. The keyboard also sits very flat on the desk.
Is the Razer Joro suitable for both work and gaming?
That is explicitly how it is positioned: it is presented as ideal for intensive work as well as for gaming. Its flat format and dual connectivity make it a natural fit for a desk shared between a work computer and a gaming machine.
Is the Razer Joro keyboard backlit?
Yes, with customisable Razer Chroma RGB backlighting. Beyond looks, backlighting is first and foremost for finding a key in a dark room — typical of a late-night gaming session.
Is the Razer Joro wireless keyboard new and covered by a warranty?
New, reference RZ03-02360400-R3F1, in original Razer packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document that will be requested in the event of a claim.
