1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Is the Logitech G915 X TKL AZERTY or QWERTY?
This reference is the QWERTY version. It is the first point to settle: on a QWERTY keyboard, the letters A, Q, Z, W and M are not where a French typist expects them, and accents require a key combination.
What does the 1.3 mm actuation point of the Logitech G915 X offer?
The key registers after 1.3 mm of travel, compared with about twice that on a conventional mechanical keyboard. The movement is therefore shorter: over a series of rapid commands, every millisecond saved on each press adds up.
What battery life does the Logitech G915 X LIGHTSPEED TKL offer?
Up to 1,000 hours — the highest in this category. At that level, a keyboard used several hours a day needs recharging every two to three months: battery life practically stops being an issue.
How does the Logitech G915 X TKL connect?
