1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the G515 LIGHTSPEED TKL have a numeric keypad?
No. It uses the TKL (TenKeyLess) format, compact and without a numeric keypad: you gain space on the right for wide mouse movements. If you enter a lot of numbers day to day, this is the point to weigh up before ordering.
Does the keyboard also work wired and over Bluetooth?
Yes, connectivity is tri-mode: LIGHTSPEED wireless, Bluetooth and wired. So you are not locked into wireless: a cable connection remains available at any time.
Do you have to press the keys all the way down for them to respond?
No. The ultra-low-profile GL mechanical switches actuate at just 1.3 mm of travel: the key registers before it bottoms out, for fast typing. They are genuine mechanical switches, despite their ultra-low profile.
Will the keys wear out quickly?
They are made of double-shot PBT, a material chosen for its durability: a manufacturing choice that matters on a keyboard designed for long gaming sessions.
Is the RGB lighting fixed, or can you adjust it?
It can be adjusted: the keyboard features customisable LIGHTSYNC RGB lighting. Nothing forces you to keep the factory setting — the lighting is part of the keyboard's advertised customisation, just like the choice of switches.
Is the Logitech G515 keyboard new and covered by a warranty?
Yes, new and sealed in its original Logitech G packaging, under reference 920-012546, with a 1-year warranty for which the purchase invoice serves as proof. Keep it: it is what entitles you to service.
