1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Which HDMI standard does this 2-metre Ugreen cable meet?
The HDMI 2.0 standard, which allows 4K. It is this version that sets a recent cable apart from an older lead limited to Full HD or to 4K at a reduced frame rate.
What is the Ugreen 10107 cable made of?
Pure copper conductors and gold-plated connectors. Pure copper conducts better than a budget alloy, and gold protects the contact from oxidation: two choices that keep the signal stable over time.
Which devices can you connect with this HDMI cable?
A computer, a console or a player to a TV or a projector. Since HDMI carries both picture and sound, a single lead is enough to project a video with its soundtrack.
Are two metres enough to connect a console to the TV?
It is the usual length for a device placed in a cabinet under the screen. Measure the actual cable run if the TV is wall-mounted and the device is on the floor: a little slack is better than a cable pulling taut on the connector.
