1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the Ugreen HDMI to VGA adapter also transmit sound?
Yes: it has a 3.5 mm jack audio output to extract the sound from the HDMI signal, in addition to the VGA video output.
What resolution does the HDMI to VGA adapter support?
Thanks to its built-in IC chip, it handles up to Full HD 1920 × 1080 at 60 Hz (1080p).
Does this Ugreen adapter need a power supply?
For optimal performance, power it via the included Micro USB cable (connected to a USB port or a charger).
Does this adapter work in both directions (VGA to HDMI)?
No: it only converts an HDMI (input) to VGA (output) signal. It is not designed for the reverse.
Can it be used to play protected content (Blu-ray, etc.)?
No. The adapter does not accept HDCP-protected content. It remains ideal for connecting a PC, a MacBook, a Raspberry Pi, an Apple TV or a console to a VGA monitor or projector.
