1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which way does the Ugreen 40362 converter work?
DisplayPort male on the computer side, HDMI female on the monitor side. It converts a DisplayPort signal to HDMI, not the other way round: it is your machine's output that must be DisplayPort.
What resolution does this DisplayPort to HDMI converter accept?
1080p at 60 Hz. The two values go together: smooth Full HD, suited to the office, a meeting room or home use. It does not go any higher, whatever the graphics card upstream.
Does this converter also carry sound?
Yes, audio and video pass together up to 1080p. That is the advantage of an HDMI output: a single lead to the TV or projector, with no audio cable to add.
What do the gold-plated connectors on this Ugreen cable offer?
24-carat gold plating resists oxidation better than a bare contact: conductivity remains stable over time, on a connector that is often plugged in and unplugged. The conductors are made of tinned copper, for transmission without loss or interference.
Do you need a driver to use the Ugreen 40362 converter?
No, it is plug and play. You connect it between the DisplayPort output and the HDMI lead, and the picture appears. Its short length lets it slip behind a monitor or into a laptop bag.
