1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Do you need to install a driver to use this USB-C to VGA adapter?
No, no additional driver to install. You plug the adapter into a free USB-C port, then the monitor, projector or TV into the VGA socket, and the image appears: nothing to configure before projecting.
Can you extend the desktop onto the second screen, or only duplicate it?
Both. It mirrors the main screen for a presentation, or extends the display to double your workspace. The same unit therefore serves in the meeting room and at the desk, on two monitors.
Up to what resolution does the VGA output go?
Up to 1920 × 1200: enough to drive a Full HD office monitor as well as a meeting-room projector or a TV with a VGA input.
Is it compact enough to stay in the laptop bag permanently?
Yes: 40 g on the scales and 27 mm wide. It is the accessory to leave in the laptop bag: it takes up no space and it is there the day the meeting room only offers a VGA socket.
Which certifications does this Lenovo adapter rely on?
