Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Length and connectors : one photo serves a whole family: length, type and orientation of the connectors are those of the title and the specifications.
  • Devices photographed : the computer, monitor, phone or console visible in the image are not included.
  • Ports on a hub or dock : their number and type vary with the reference, and some functions (charging, video output) also depend on your computer.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What maximum resolution does the HP 1WC36AA adapter support?
4096 × 2160 pixels at 60 Hz. This is cinema-format 4K, a step above the 3840 × 2160 of TV 4K, and at 60 Hz — so smooth, unlike adapters capped at 30 Hz.
Which systems does this HP USB-C to HDMI adapter work on?
It is stated as compatible with Windows 10, Windows 11 and Chrome OS. It was designed for the HP computer range: check that your machine's USB-C port supports video output before ordering.
Which displays can the picture be sent to with this adapter?
To a monitor, projector or TV with an HDMI input. As HDMI carries both picture and sound, a single lead is enough to project a video with its soundtrack.
Is this HP adapter easy to carry?
Yes, it is compact, designed to stay in the laptop bag. The packaging is also stated to be recyclable, as part of an eco-design approach.
Is the HP 1WC36AA adapter new and under warranty?
New, reference 1WC36AA, in original HP packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document that will be requested in the event of a claim.
