1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does 4K at 60 Hz really hold over the 3 metres of this cable?
Yes: it is built with solid copper (Full Copper) and triple protection against interference, which ensures stable signal transmission. You can therefore place the media box, console or PC away from the TV without losing 4K at 60 Hz.
Does it also carry sound to a home cinema amplifier?
Yes: it supports Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio, the lossless high-definition audio formats. The soundtrack travels from the player to the amplifier in its original quality, over the same cable as the picture.
Do the 24K gold-plated connectors really serve any purpose?
Yes, over time: the 24K gold plating is aimed at contact durability and a reliable connection, plug-in after plug-in. Combined with triple shielding against interference, it is what keeps the signal clean in a TV cabinet cluttered with cables.
Can I connect a laptop to a projector with this cable?
Yes: it is compatible with TVs, consoles, projectors and computers. Check that your laptop does have an HDMI output: on a machine with only a mini/micro-HDMI or USB-C port, you will need an adapter, bought separately.
Is 3 metres the right length for a living-room setup?
3 m leaves the slack needed to run behind furniture or through a cable trunking without pulling on the sockets: enough to move the sources away from a wall-mounted TV. For a console sitting right next to the screen, it will be generous — measure the actual route.
