1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Over a length of 5 metres, does the 4K picture stay stable all the way to the TV?
Yes. The cable is made of solid copper (Full Copper) for conductivity, with gold-plated connectors chosen for durability, and it carries 4K UHD at 60 Hz over its 5 metres: enough to connect a PC, a set-top box or a player to a screen at the other end of the room.
Up to what resolution and refresh rate does this cable go?
Its ceiling is 4K UHD (3840 × 2160) at 60 Hz, with a bandwidth of 10.2 Gb/s over an HDMI 2.0 link. It really is 60 Hz and not 30 Hz: motion stays smooth in gaming and video alike, on a 4K TV, monitor or projector.
