1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can the Ugreen 50966 HDMI switch display the same picture on two screens at the same time?
No. It is not a splitter: the two screens cannot display the picture simultaneously. It routes the signal to only one output at a time.
In which directions can this Ugreen HDMI switch be used?
It is bidirectional: either 2 sources to 1 screen (connecting a PC and a console to the same TV), or 1 source to 2 screens (sending a PS4/PS5 to a TV or a projector). You switch from one input/output to the other by pressing the button.
Does the switch handle 4K at 60 Hz and HDR?
Yes, it supports up to 4K (3840×2160) at 60 Hz, as well as HDR, Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, 3D and CEC. For 4K at 60 Hz, the input and output cables must not exceed 1 metre.
Does this HDMI switch need a power supply?
No. It works plug-and-play with no external power supply: it simply connects between your devices. A blue LED shows the active source.
Is the HDMI cable included with the switch?
No, the HDMI cable is not included. Make sure you have suitable HDMI cables (under 1 m if you are aiming for 4K at 60 Hz).
Which devices is the Ugreen HDMI switch compatible with?
It works with most devices with a standard HDMI interface: PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox One/360, Blu-ray player, DTT decoder, TV Box, Chromecast, monitor or projector. It supports HDCP.
Is the Ugreen 50966 HDMI switch new and under warranty?
Yes, a new and genuine Ugreen product. Your invoice serves as the warranty document, for a period of 1 year.
