1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Do you need a cable to connect this ADATA SC750 SSD?
No: its sliding USB-C connector is built into the casing. Slide it out and plug it in — no cable to carry, so no cable to lose.
Can I film in ProRes directly onto this SSD from an iPhone?
Yes, on the iPhone 15 and later models. The manufacturer recommends staying at 4K at 30 frames per second or less and keeping more than 400 GB free: beyond that, the phone heats up and quality deteriorates.
What speed does this ADATA SC750 2 TB SSD reach?
1,050 MB/s read and 1,000 MB/s write, over a USB 3.2 Gen 2 bus at 10 Gbps. These figures assume a device that supports USB 3.2 Gen 2 and UASP drivers.
Does this SSD work on a games console?
Yes: it is stated to be compatible with current-generation consoles and with handheld consoles. Plan to format it before connecting it for the first time to the console.
Can this ADATA SSD be used as is on a Mac?
Reformatting is required on macOS. It takes a minute in Disk Utility, but it erases the contents: do it before copying anything onto the drive.
How much space does this ADATA SC750 SSD take up?
No more than a USB flash drive: 53 × 27.5 × 11.89 mm for 11.15 g, in titanium black. It slips into a shirt pocket and plugs straight in, with nothing to set down.
Is this ADATA SC750 2 TB SSD new and under warranty?
