1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

How long does this SSD take to copy a 4K video?
The manufacturer quotes about 20 seconds for a 10 GB 4K video file, at 550 MB/s. That is the speed of an entry-level external SSD, three times that of a spinning hard drive.
Can this ADATA SD620 SSD survive a drop?
Yes: it is covered with a shock-resistant silicone sleeve and complies with the MIL-STD-810G 516.6 standard, i.e. a 1.22-metre drop test.
