1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is this Hiksemi SSD vulnerable to water?
No: it is IPX7 certified — waterproof against temporary immersion — and protected against drops from 1.5 metres. Its aluminium casing is only 7.9 mm thick.
Will I really get 2,000 MB/s with this Elite 7S SSD?
Provided the computer has a USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 port, the 20 Gbps standard this drive requires. On a standard USB 3.2 Gen 2 port, at 10 Gbps, the speed tops out at whatever that port allows.
Are cables supplied with this Hiksemi SSD?
Yes, both: a USB-A to USB-C and a USB-C to USB-C. So it connects to an older desktop just as well as to a recent laptop, without an adapter.
What memory does this Elite 7S SSD use?
NVMe PCIe memory, stated to be nearly four times faster than a SATA SSD. That is what makes the 2,000 MB/s for both reading and writing possible.
Does this Hiksemi SSD work with an iPhone or iPad?
Yes: it is stated to be compatible with Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS, through its Type-C connector.
