1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Which sockets does the MSI MAG CORELIQUID E240 support?
On the Intel side, LGA 1700 and 1851; on the AMD side, AM5. Check your motherboard's socket before ordering: it is the only deal-breaker.
What radiator size do you need to allow for in the case?
A 240 mm mount, for an aluminium radiator taking two 120 mm fans. It is the format that fits in an ordinary mid-tower case, whereas a 360 mm radiator needs a large chassis.
How long is the pump on this liquid cooler expected to last?
200,000 hours, at a noise level of 20 dBA. That is well above the usual 25,000 to 50,000 hours: on an all-in-one, the pump is the part that determines the lifespan.
What airflow do the fans on this CORELIQUID E240 deliver?
