Frequently asked questions about this product
What does this case's iCUE LINK ecosystem offer?
A single connector for all iCUE LINK devices: the fans are daisy-chained instead of being wired one by one. The System Hub is included, with three RX RGB fans.
Which fans come with this case?
Three iCUE LINK RX RGB fans, mounted on the glass side. They feature Corsair's magnetic dome bearings and AirGuide technology, and are designed for a radiator as well as for case airflow.
Does this case accept hidden-connector motherboards?
Yes: ASUS BTF and MSI PROJECT ZERO. The cables connect at the back of the tray and disappear — which really pays off on a case with glass on two faces.
Where do the fans go in the iCUE LINK 3500X?
On the side, at the top and above the power supply — since the front panel is glass. The case takes up to ten 120 mm fans.
Where can a 360 mm radiator be mounted in this case?
On the side or at the top: these are the two mounting points provided. The glass front panel does not take a radiator.
Are the glass panels of this case removable?
Yes, the front and side ones come off easily for access to the interior. That is what makes building in a fully glass case bearable.
How many drives can be installed in this case?
Two hard drives and two SSDs at the same time, in a removable bay that can be taken out when your storage fits on an M.2 SSD.
Is there room for cables behind the motherboard?
38 mm. That is comfortable: closing the rear panel over the cables of a non-modular power supply is no problem.
Does the 3500X accept an E-ATX motherboard?
Yes: Corsair states that it accommodates “most large graphics cards and coolers, 360 mm radiators and even EATX motherboards”, without taking over your whole desk.
Is this white Corsair iCUE LINK 3500X ARGB case new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new Corsair product, reference CC-9011281-WW, barcode 0840006688396, in white. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 1 year. Keep it in case a defect is found.
