3 months warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Which HP printers does this 933XL yellow cartridge work in?
Eight OfficeJet models: the 6100, 6600 (Special Edition included) and 6700 Premium, and the 7110, 7510, 7610 and 7612 wide-format models. The same consumable therefore serves both the A4 office printer and the wide-format machine. Check the model shown on the front of your printer before ordering.
Is the yellow cartridge sold alone or with the other colours?
Alone. The reference CN056AE contains only yellow ink and is not sold in a pack: each colour is ordered separately. So you only buy again the colour that is actually empty, without throwing away the remaining ink in the others — allow one reference per colour in your stock.
How many pages does an HP 933XL yellow last, and how much ink does it contain?
Approximately 825 pages from 8.5 ml of ink: this is the high-yield (XL) version of the 933 yellow. The actual yield depends on the share of yellow in your documents — a chart with solid areas of colour or a photo uses far more than text with a logo at the top of the page.
How can I check that I am really receiving a genuine HP cartridge?
This reference is a genuine HP cartridge: two identifiers to check on the box on delivery, the product code CN056AE and the barcode EAN 886111749041. The ink inside is pigment-based and ejected by HP thermal inkjet technology.
