3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Which printers take the HP 932 black cartridge (CN057AE)?
The HP OfficeJet 6100, 6600 (Special Edition included), 6700 Premium, and the wide-format 7110, 7510, 7610 and 7612. The black cartridge currently installed should carry the reference CN057AE or 932.
How many pages does the HP 932 black cartridge print?
Approximately 400 pages, from an ink volume of 8.5 ml. It is a format for occasional printing: for a workstation that prints every day, plan on a spare cartridge from the moment it is put into service.
How is the yield of an ink cartridge measured?
According to the ISO/IEC 24711 standard, the one for inkjet cartridges — different from those for laser. The test is carried out in continuous printing on a reference machine: your real documents make the result vary.
Is the HP 932 ink water-resistant?
Yes. It is a pigment ink, formulated to resist water and fading: an archived document remains legible after accidental contact with a liquid.
What is the difference between pigment ink and dye-based ink?
Pigment ink deposits solid particles on the surface of the paper: the text stays sharp and holds up over time without breaking down in humidity. A dye-based ink penetrates the fibre and is aimed above all at vivid colours.
What printing technology does this cartridge use?
HP thermal inkjet: the ink is ejected through tiny heated nozzles. It is this technology that explains why an inkjet printer copes poorly with long periods of non-use.
Four hundred pages: how long does that cover?
Four fifths of a ream of 500 sheets. For a workstation that turns out forty pages a month, one cartridge lasts ten months; at two hundred pages a month, barely two months.
Does the CN057AE print in colour?
No, only in black. On an OfficeJet 6600 or 7610, the colours sit in separate cartridges: check their levels at the same time to avoid bringing the machine to a halt twice in quick succession.
Is this HP 932 cartridge new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new, genuine HP cartridge, barcode 886111749003. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 3 months. Keep it in case a defect is found.
