1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

What does back-connect compatibility bring to the MAG PANO M100R PZ?
It accepts reverse-connector motherboards: the wiring runs at the back of the tray. MSI points out that building becomes easy, where you would otherwise have to remove the graphics card and the cooler.
Which graphics card fits in the MAG PANO M100R PZ?
Up to 390 mm, with a support bracket provided for the card. CPU cooler height goes up to 175 mm, the power supply up to 200 mm.
How many fans come with this case?
Four 120 mm ARGB fans, with their controller: three on the side, with reverse blades so the lighting shows without the fan frame in the way, and one at the rear.
Where can a 360 mm radiator be mounted in this case?
On top. The top position accepts 120, 240 or 360 mm; the rear is limited to 120 or 140 mm.
Which motherboards does the MAG PANO M100R PZ accept?
Micro-ATX and Mini-ITX. A full-size ATX motherboard does not fit: it is a micro-tower, despite being able to take a 390 mm graphics card.
What is on the front panel of the MAG PANO M100R PZ?
One USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A port and one USB-C 3.2 Gen 2x2, i.e. 20 Gbps — the highest speed available on a case front panel.
How many drives can be installed in this case?
One 2.5-inch bay and a second one that takes either 2.5 or 3.5-inch. Storage is therefore best planned around SSDs: that is the price of the compact format and the dual glass.

Eight: three on top, one at the rear, three on the side and one at the bottom. The top and rear positions also accept 140 mm.
