This product is covered for 3 years by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can you increase the memory in this Acer Nitro V 15 ANV15-52?
Yes, by replacing the modules. The chassis has two memory slots, both occupied by the supplied 16 GB of DDR5-5600, for a maximum supported capacity of 32 GB. You therefore have to remove the installed modules rather than add one.
Can you add a second SSD to this Acer Nitro V 15?
No: the chassis has only one M.2 slot, already occupied by the 512 GB PCIe SSD. To gain space, you will need to replace this drive or use external storage. There is no memory card reader either.
Is this Acer Nitro V 15's screen matte or glossy?
Matte: the 15.6-inch IPS panel is anti-glare, which makes it usable near a window. It displays Full HD at 165 Hz and reaches 300 nits — the high refresh rate is what keeps fast motion sharp in games.
Can you unlock this Acer Nitro V 15 with your face or fingerprint?
No, there is neither a fingerprint reader nor an infrared camera on this model: you sign in with a PIN or password. The built-in webcam is an HD camera with noise reduction, backed by Acer PurifiedView and PurifiedVoice technologies for calls.

What ports does this Acer Nitro V 15 have?
Three USB 3.2 ports, a Thunderbolt 4 port that also carries video via DisplayPort, an HDMI output, an RJ-45 network port and a headphone jack. The Thunderbolt port accepts power input at 20 V / 65 W, but the supplied power brick is a 135 W unit, the one to use for gaming.
