Frequently asked questions about this product

Is the Iskur V2 X upholstery faux leather or fabric?
It is a multi-layer fabric with a plush finish that is soft to the touch, and its fibres are naturally breathable. This is what sets the V2 X apart from the Iskur V2, which is upholstered in EPU synthetic leather or spill-resistant fabric.
Is the lumbar support adjustable?
No, it is built into the backrest and not adjustable — the 6D adjustable adaptive support is reserved for the Iskur V2. The built-in curve supports the lower back and encourages a neutral sitting posture, which reduces fatigue over long periods. A memory foam lumbar cushion is available as an option, sold separately.
Is the headrest supplied with the chair?
No, the Iskur V2 X comes without a head cushion: it is a memory foam accessory to be purchased separately, just like the lumbar cushion. Budget for it if you usually rest your neck when reclining.
What exactly can you adjust on the armrests?
These are 2D armrests: only two axes, height and inward or outward rotation, enough to keep your arms in a natural, relaxed position. The additional 4D adjustments are reserved for the Iskur V2, higher up the range.
How far does the backrest recline?
Up to 152 degrees, enough to lie right back between two games, relax or take a nap. You can set any angle within this range, and it is the same range of movement as on the Iskur V2.
Will this chair suit my height and build?
It is designed for users from 1.60 m to 1.90 m tall and up to 136 kg. The seat has been widened to up to 545 mm with lowered edges: pressure is better distributed and your body is guided towards the centre of the seat, whatever position you adopt.
What type of foam is the seat made of?
Contoured high-density foam cushions. The padding is thick, moulds to the shape of your body and reduces pressure points, while giving the lower body more stability. It is covered with the V2 X's breathable multi-layer fabric.
Is this chair just for gaming, or can you work in it all day?
It is designed for both: it is a gaming chair and an office chair. The built-in lumbar support maintains the natural curve of the spine, reduces tension and limits back fatigue over long periods.
Which colours are available, and can you protect the fabric?
The V2 X comes in black and light grey; the reference RZ38-05310100-R3G1 offered here is the black model. Razer also sells dedicated covers for gaming chairs, useful for protecting the seat and backrest.
What really changes between the Iskur V2 X and the Iskur V2?
The Iskur V2 adds 6D adjustable adaptive lumbar support, 4D armrests, a Frog mechanism and EPU synthetic leather upholstery. The V2 X keeps the essentials — built-in lumbar support, 152° recline, high-density foam, widened seat — in multi-layer fabric, with the same recommended weight.
Is the chair new and under warranty?
Yes: new, in its original box, reference RZ38-05310100-R3G1 (EAN 8886419354734), supplied with its invoice, which serves as the warranty document for 1 year. It is indeed the black Iskur V2 X model, in multi-layer fabric, with built-in lumbar support.
