1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can you record at 60 frames per second with HDR enabled?
No, you have to choose. The Kiyo Pro streams uncompressed 1080p at 60 frames per second, or HDR at 30 frames per second. HDR widens the dynamic range and recovers blown-out highlights and crushed shadows, but it costs half the frame rate.
Do you need a USB 3.0 port for the Razer Kiyo Pro?
Yes, it is strongly recommended. USB 2.0 is not advised: it only supports a lower resolution on some video formats. Also avoid USB hubs and extension cables, which weaken the camera's signal.
Is the tripod supplied with the Razer Kiyo Pro?
The L-shaped mount is included, the tripod is not. The mount detaches to free up the thread: you can then mount the camera on your own tripod, or leave it sitting on a screen or a table.
Which sensor does the Razer Kiyo Pro use?
A 1/2.8-inch Sony STARVIS CMOS with 2.9 μm pixels. The two figures go together: the larger the sensor and its pixels, the more light they capture — that is what underpins image quality in low light.
Is the Kiyo Pro's field of view adjustable?
Yes, three settings — narrow, medium and wide — available in Razer Synapse 3. The lens is a wide-angle, wide-aperture lens: you decide whether to show your entire setup or to focus on your face.
Is the Kiyo Pro's lens fragile?
It is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3, rated 4 times more scratch-resistant than other aluminosilicate glass in laboratory testing. A privacy cover fits over it when the camera is not in use.
Can you use the Kiyo Pro's microphone as the PC's main microphone?
Yes. Simply select it as the default recording device in the Windows sound settings, then check that it is chosen as the microphone in your video-conferencing or streaming application.
Which software controls the Razer Kiyo Pro?
Razer Synapse 3 gives you control over brightness, contrast, saturation and field of view, and lets you save profiles that you switch between in one click. The camera also works with OBS and XSplit, the two programs recommended for streaming.
Is the Razer Kiyo Pro new, and what warranty does it have?
New, part number RZ19-03640100-R3M1, in original Razer packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document you will be asked for if you make a claim.
