1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is the Brio 100's 58° field of view enough for two people?
It is framing for one person. 58° diagonal is a deliberately tight angle: it puts you in the centre of the picture and leaves little background around you. To fit two participants in front of the same screen, you need a webcam with a wider field of view.
What is the 50% brightness gain claimed for the Brio 100 really worth?
It is a comparison with the Logitech C270, the previous generation, measured in a controlled environment: the weighted average improvement in facial brightness reaches 50% there. The real gain depends on your lighting — the figure is a benchmark, not a promise.
What is in the box of the Brio 100?
The webcam and its user documentation. The universal clip is attached to the camera and the privacy shutter is built in: there is nothing to assemble. Plan for a separate stand if you intend to place it anywhere other than on a screen.
Can the Brio 100 record at 60 frames per second?
Yes, in 720p. It offers 1080p and 720p at 30 frames per second, and 720p goes up to 60 when smoothness matters more than resolution. 60 frames per second is not available in Full HD on this model.
How much recycled plastic does the Brio 100 contain?
It depends on the colour: 77% for the Graphite and Black models, 34% for the Off-White and Rose models, excluding electronic components, cables and packaging. The paper packaging is FSC-certified and the product carries a “carbon neutral” certification.
Can you adjust the Brio 100's image?
Yes, via the Logi Options+ application, which gives you control over brightness and colour temperature, and lets you save presets. Without it, the webcam still works: RightLight automatic adjustment takes over.
Which platforms recognise the Brio 100?
It is specified as compatible with Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom and Skype, on Windows, macOS and ChromeOS, with “Works With Chromebook” certification. It connects via USB-A, with no prior installation.
How much does the Brio 100 webcam weigh?
75 g for the camera alone, excluding the cable, in a 31.91 × 72.91 × 66.64 mm body with a 1.5 m cable. It is a featherweight that will not tip over a thin laptop screen.
Is the Brio 100 new, and what warranty does it have?
New, part number 960-001617, in original Logitech packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. The datasheet details all the specifications.
