This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can you adjust the field of view of the Brio 4K?
Yes, three presets. 65° for a tight head-and-shoulders framing, 78° or 90° to include more background or several people. You choose in the app, as the webcam has no physical control for this.
At what distance does the Brio 4K microphone pick up the voice?
Up to 1.2 metres. The two built-in omnidirectional microphones apply noise reduction to pick up the voice without amplifying background noise. Beyond that distance, the sound deteriorates — it is a workstation webcam, not a meeting room one.
Which resolutions and frame rates does the Brio 4K offer?
4K at 30 frames per second, 1080p up to 60 and 720p up to 90. Each frame rate therefore goes hand in hand with a resolution: 4K does not go up to 60 frames per second, and it is in 720p that you get maximum smoothness.
Can the Brio 4K sign you in to Windows without a password?
Yes. It has optical and infrared sensors and supports Windows Hello: just look at the lens to sign in. Infrared works regardless of the ambient light, unlike simple image analysis.
Is the Brio 4K privacy shutter built into the housing?
No, it is removable: a flip-down cover is supplied with the webcam and protects the lens when it is not in use. Keep it with the camera, as it is not part of the housing.
What does RightLight 3 do on the Brio 4K?
It automatically corrects the exposure in the three situations that trip up a webcam: low light, bright sunlight and high contrast — typically a window behind you. The technology relies on the sensor's wide dynamic range.
Does the Brio 4K's 5x zoom degrade the image?
It is a digital zoom, so a crop within the sensor's image — but it starts from 4K resolution, which leaves plenty to work with. Digital pan and tilt complete the framing from the app.
How can you mount the Brio 4K somewhere other than on a monitor?
The adjustable clip can be removed, and a built-in tripod thread takes over. You can therefore place it on a monitor, a laptop or a table, or mount it on your own stand.
Which video conferencing apps is the Brio 4K certified for?
It is certified for Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Skype for Business, Cisco Jabber and WebEx, and also works with OBS, Twitch and XSplit. As for systems: Windows, macOS and ChromeOS, over a USB-A connection.
Can the Brio 4K be managed remotely across a company's fleet?
Yes, via Logitech Sync: centralised configuration, firmware update deployment and remote monitoring of rooms and devices. For an individual workstation, the Logi Tune app handles zoom, colours and manual focus.
Is the Brio 4K webcam new and under warranty?
New, part number 960-001724, in original Logitech packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. The datasheet details all the specifications.
