This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Should you record in 1080p or 720p with the C922 Pro Stream?
Both modes are available and serve different purposes: 1080p at 30 frames per second for detail, 720p at 60 frames per second for smoothness. The latter is the streamers' mode, where fast motion matters more than resolution.
Is the C922 tripod included, and how high does it extend?
It is included and adjustable: the tabletop tripod has a swivel mount and extends up to 18.5 cm. You can place the camera at face height on the desk, without depending on the edge of the monitor.
At what distance does the C922 microphone pick up the voice properly?
Up to 1 metre. The two omnidirectional microphones, one on each side of the housing, are designed for one person seated in front of their screen. Beyond that distance, a dedicated microphone or a headset is still preferable.
How many people fit in the C922's field of view?
Up to two. The 78° diagonal field of view was calibrated to frame two people side by side in front of the same screen. It is an intermediate angle: wider than a standard desk webcam, tighter than a room camera.
Does the C922 use a lot of bandwidth when streaming?
It has built-in H.264 compression, described as using less bandwidth: encoding takes place in the camera, which lightens the stream sent to the computer and the platform. A point that matters on a shared connection.
Can you replace the background with the C922 webcam?
Yes, the background replacement feature is designed to integrate live images into a Twitch or YouTube stream. It comes on top of zoom and pan, which can also be controlled from the app.
What software comes with the Logitech C922 Pro?
Two: Logitech Capture, for recording, adjusting the camera and producing vertical video, and a free 3-month XSplit Premium licence, which gives access to XSplit Broadcaster and Gamecaster for live streaming.
Does the C922 zoom let you get noticeably closer?
It is digital and limited to 1.2x: it adjusts the framing, it does not really bring you closer. The model's optical strength lies elsewhere — a glass lens with autofocus, more faithful than plastic optics.
How good is the C922 in a dark room?
It applies automatic low-light correction: the camera adjusts the exposure to keep a face clearly visible when light is lacking. Combined with autofocus, it aims for a sharp image even in a dimly lit environment.
What are the dimensions of the C922 with its clip?
95 mm wide, 71 mm deep, 44 mm high and 162 g, universal clip included, with a 1.5 m cable. The clip attaches to a monitor or laptop, and the screw thread takes the supplied tripod.
Is the C922 Pro Stream webcam new and under warranty?
New, part number 960-001088, in original Logitech packaging, tripod included. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. The datasheet lists all the specifications.
