1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Does the Razer Seiren V3 Chroma need an audio interface?
No: it connects via USB to the computer, with no audio interface. The microphone is ready to use as soon as it is plugged in.
Does this microphone pick up noise around the desk?
Its supercardioid pickup pattern is focused on the voice and closed to surrounding noise: whatever comes in from the sides — keyboard, fan, the room — is largely rejected.
How do I mute the microphone quickly during a live stream?
With the multi-function touch sensor on top: a tap instantly mutes the microphone, with no need to hunt for a keyboard shortcut mid-session.
Does the Seiren V3 Chroma’s RGB lighting react to the game?
Yes: it is reactive to gameplay and streaming, not fixed on a single colour. The lighting follows what is happening on screen rather than just cycling through decorative effects.
