1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does this Bosch microphone work on its own?
No: it is part of the Bosch wireless microphone system, whose components are sold separately. It needs a receiver in the same frequency range to form a complete set.
How many channels does this wireless microphone offer?
193 selectable UHF channels, with PLL synthesis, in the 606-630 MHz range. Plenty of options for finding a free frequency when several mics or other transmitters are already using the band.
What is the battery life of this Bosch MW1-HTX-F4 microphone?
About 15 hours on alkaline batteries. It comes with two LR5/AA batteries, a microphone clip, a protective case and seven colour caps to tell the mics apart.
How can you check the frequency and battery level during use?
On the mic's LCD screen, which shows the battery status and the frequency. A lock function also prevents a setting from being changed by accident in the middle of a speech.
What is the frequency response of this Bosch microphone?
From 50 to 15,000 Hz, with a 110 dB dynamic range. It is a range tailored to the speaking and singing voice, not to miking instruments with a wide spectrum.
