1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Does this Bosch receiver include a microphone?
No: the components of the Bosch wireless microphone system are sold separately. The receiver is paired with a handheld mic or a bodypack transmitter with a lavalier, to be chosen in the same frequency range.
What does this receiver's true diversity bring?
Stable reception: the receiver uses two channels and keeps the better one at every moment, which prevents dropouts when the speaker moves behind an obstacle.
How many channels does this Bosch receiver offer?
193 selectable UHF channels, with PLL synthesis, across the 606-630 MHz range. Enough to find a free frequency even in a crowded radio environment.
Can this receiver be rack-mounted?
Yes: it can be installed on a table or in a 19-inch rack. The choice depends on whether the installation is fixed or moved from one event to the next.
What is in the box of this Bosch receiver?
The receiver, its power supply and a 1.5 m male-to-female 3-pin XLR cable for connecting it to the sound system. The mic must be ordered separately.
How does this receiver avoid unwanted noise?
Through a combination of a pilot tone and a noise squelch: the receiver only opens to the signal from its own transmitter and stays silent on interference in the band.
