1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

What is the 2-metre Huawei 100G QSFP28 cable used for?
To stack two switches and manage them as one. It is a dedicated stacking cable: it provides a very high-speed link between compatible Huawei devices, with latency kept to a minimum.
What throughput does the Huawei 02313HVK cable carry?
Up to 100 Gbps, through QSFP28 connectors. That is ten times the throughput of an SFP+ link: the level expected of a stacking link in a data centre or on a high-performance switching infrastructure.
Does the Huawei 02313HVK cable degrade the signal?
It is specified for low latency and reduced signal loss, with stable transmission even under heavy load. On a stacking link that is in constant use, stability matters more than peak throughput.
Why a 2-metre length for the Huawei QSFP28 cable?
Because it is suited to rack cabling: two metres connect two switches a few rack units apart, while leaving the length needed to route the cable through the side cable managers.
Does the Huawei cable withstand the heat of a data centre?
It is rated for excellent durability even under high thermal load and in continuous operation. In a dense rack, the temperature behind the switches rises: that is where a cable's jacket and contacts wear out.
Is the Huawei 100G QSFP28 2 m cable new and under warranty?
