1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can this Ugreen cable charge a laptop?
Yes, it is designed for Power Delivery charging and specified for USB-C laptops, smartphones and tablets. That is what its 5 A rating makes possible: a cable limited to 3 A could not power a demanding laptop.
What data rate does this 100 W cable offer?
480 Mbit/s, i.e. USB 2.0. This is the classic trap: a cable can deliver 100 W of charging power and still be slow for data. Power and data rate are two independent characteristics, to be checked separately.
Do you need a specific charger to reach 100 W?
Yes. The cable only carries the power: the power actually delivered depends on the charger and on what the device accepts. The 100 W is the cable's ceiling, not a guarantee of charging speed.
Does this Ugreen cable stand up to everyday use?
It has a reinforced braided jacket, described as providing durability and resistance to everyday wear. The braiding protects the jacket from repeated twisting and bending.
Is the Ugreen 70427 cable new and under warranty?
New, reference 70427, 1 metre long, USB-C to USB-C. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document that will be requested in the event of a claim.
