Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Keyboard : manufacturers' images are international: our computers ship with an AZERTY (French) keyboard, even when the photo shows a QWERTY one.
  • Visible features : a fingerprint reader, backlit keyboard, webcam, numeric keypad or card reader glimpsed in the image are not necessarily present on this exact reference.
  • Ports and connectors : the number, type and position of the ports (USB, USB-C, HDMI, RJ45) change from one configuration to another within a single photographed series.
  • Display : the image shown on the screen is a composite; resolution, touch panel and bezel thinness are those of the specifications.
  • Operating system : the Windows desktop visible in the photo implies neither a Windows licence nor an Office suite installed: the specifications state the system actually delivered.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

The slightest doubt about a specification? Contact us before ordering and we will check for you.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can the memory in this MSI Vector 16 HX AI be upgraded?
Yes, but by replacing the modules. The two slots are filled with 2 × 16 GB of DDR5, i.e. 32 GB in dual-channel. To go beyond that, you need to remove both modules rather than add one — but 32 GB already covers gaming and heavy creative work.
How good is the RTX 5070 Ti in this MSI Vector 16 HX AI?
It is a dedicated card with 12 GB of GDDR7, the latest generation of graphics memory. These 12 GB are its own and take nothing from the system memory: that is what lets it handle high-definition textures at 2560 × 1600 without running out.
What does the “HX” in the Core Ultra 9 275HX of this MSI Vector 16 mean?
HX denotes Intel's most power-hungry variant, derived from its desktop chips — above the H and U series. This Core Ultra 9 275HX packs 24 cores: the profile of a rendering machine as much as a gaming one.
How good is the display of this MSI Vector 16 HX AI?
A 16-inch panel at 2560 × 1600 in 16:10 format, IPS-level, at 240 Hz and covering 100% of the DCI-P3 colour space. It is a rare combination: the smoothness of an esports display with the colour accuracy of a creative workstation.
What do the Thunderbolt 5 ports of this MSI Vector 16 HX AI bring?
Significantly more bandwidth than Thunderbolt 4, on two ports that also handle DisplayPort and Power Delivery 3.1 charging. Enough to connect an external monitor and fast storage with a single cable.
Does this MSI Vector 16 HX AI have an SD card reader?
Yes, an SD Express reader, the fastest format of the SD standard: the card from a camera or camcorder can be offloaded with no external reader. It also has two USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 ports and an HDMI 2.1 output capable of 4K at 120 Hz.
What is the 2.5 Gb/s network port of this MSI Vector 16 HX AI for?
It handles two and a half times the speed of a standard Gigabit port, provided your internet box or switch can keep up. On a local network, this mainly speeds up transfers to a server; in online gaming, it is the stability of the cable that matters more than the speed.
Is the keyboard of this MSI Vector 16 HX AI RGB?
Yes, and finely so: the backlighting is controlled across 24 separate zones, well beyond the usual 4 zones, with a dedicated Copilot key. A numeric keypad completes the keyboard, handy outside gaming.
How do you unlock this MSI Vector 16 HX AI?
With your face: the webcam is a Full HD infrared camera at 30 frames per second, with HDR processing and 3DNR+ noise reduction. It works even in a dimly lit room, and is just as suited to video conferencing as to streaming.
Is this MSI Vector 16 HX AI new and ready to play?
Yes, it is new and sealed, with Windows 11 Home already installed and a 1-year warranty for which the invoice serves as the warranty document. It comes with a 1 TB SSD in PCIe Gen4, a 90 Wh battery and a 330 W adapter.
