This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Is Windows installed on this MSI Cyborg 15 A13UC-2231XMA?
No, it ships with FreeDOS, without Windows. Plan for your own licence, to be installed before first use, or a Linux distribution. The machine is otherwise complete: it is the cost of the licence that is not included.
Can memory be added to this MSI Cyborg 15 A13UC?
Yes, without removing anything. The 16 GB sits on a single module, in a chassis that has two slots and accepts up to 64 GB of DDR5-5200. A second identical module can therefore be added alongside the one already fitted, enabling dual-channel in the process.
Can you replace this MSI Cyborg 15's SSD yourself?
MSI asks that you go through a service centre for any change to the drive, and the chassis has only one M.2 slot, already taken by the 512 GB SSD. In other words, the capacity supplied is what you have to work with — or else an external drive.
How good is this MSI Cyborg 15 A13UC's RTX 3050?
It is a dedicated card with 4 GB of GDDR6, set to 45 W maximum. This power envelope matters as much as the model name: two machines with an “RTX 3050” are not equal if one of them has more watts. Here, the target is 1080p gaming at moderate settings.

Two USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports, one USB-C that also carries video, one HDMI 2.1, a Gigabit network port and a combined headphone/mic jack. Charging, for its part, goes through the supplied dedicated 120 W adapter.
