Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Lens : a body photographed with a lens is very often sold body only: only the title (“body only”, “18-55 kit”…) states what is delivered.
  • Accessories : memory card, spare battery, charger, bag, tripod, lens hood and caps are not included unless stated.
  • Sample images : the sample photographs shown say nothing about the results you will get.
  • Screen and viewfinder : an articulating screen, electronic viewfinder and connectors depend on the reference.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What size is this Godox P120H softbox?
48 inches in diameter, or approximately 120 cm. The larger the source relative to the subject, the softer the light: that is what justifies this diameter for portraits.
Why is this softbox called parabolic?
Because its deep structure distributes light like a parabola: the result is even and free of harsh shadows, unlike a bare flash or a shallow box.
Which lights does this softbox fit?
Lights with a Bowens mount, the most widespread standard in the studio. Check the mount of your flash or LED panel before ordering.
Can this softbox handle continuous lighting?
Its 16 metal rods are stated to be heat-resistant — the point to check with a continuous source, which gets much hotter than a studio flash.
Is this Godox P120H softbox new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new Godox product, barcode 6952344211786. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 1 year. Keep it in case a defect is found.
