1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

How many channels can the XVR301-16F play back at the same time?
It depends on the resolution: 8 channels in high definition, or 16 channels in standard definition. The two figures are not interchangeable — it is the quality chosen for playback that determines how many views can be displayed together.
Can IP cameras be added to the XVR301-16F?
Yes, 8 IP inputs in addition to the analogue inputs, and you can go up to 16 IP channels by converting the analogue inputs. The installation can therefore move gradually from coaxial to all-network.
Does the XVR301-16F record sound?
It supports G.711U audio compression, the telephone voice codec. This is what lets a soundtrack be attached to the images when the cameras or an external microphone provide one.
How many cameras in total does the XVR301-16F handle?
Sixteen video channels. It is the best-equipped model of the XVR301 series, which also comes in 4 and 8 channels. It centralises recording and viewing of the cameras on a single site.
Can the XVR301-16F be managed remotely?
Yes, the recorder can be managed locally and remotely within a Uniview video surveillance system. This is what lets you supervise several sites from a single workstation, without travelling.
Is the UNV XVR301-16F DVR new and under warranty?
New, reference XVR301-16F, in original Uniview packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document that will be requested if you make a claim.
