Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Compatibility : the printers visible in the image are only an example of use: only the exact reference of the consumable guarantees compatibility with your machine.
  • Quantity : an image of a multipack or a multicolour set says nothing about the packaging sold — the number of units and the colour are those of the title and the specifications.
  • Yield : standard, XL and high-yield versions most often share the same photo.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

3 months warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which printers does this HP 727 grey cartridge fit?
The HP DesignJet T920, T930, T1500, T1530, T2500 and T2530. Check the model shown on your plotter before ordering.
What is a grey cartridge used for on a plotter?
Grey is an ink in its own right on DesignJet printers: it refines gradients and neutral tones, where a grey made up of cyan, magenta and yellow drifts towards green or pink.
How much ink does this cartridge contain?
130 ml, the standard volume for colour cartridges in the HP 727 range — the matte black, for its part, goes up to 300 ml.
Is this grey ink water-resistant?
It is a dye-based ink, chosen for vivid colours. Dye-based inks are not pigment inks, which are the ones that resist water and fading.
What printing technology does this cartridge use?
HP thermal inkjet printing. The printhead heats the ink to eject the droplet, and on DesignJet printers it is separate from the cartridge.
Is this HP 727 grey cartridge genuine and under warranty?
Yes, it is a genuine HP cartridge, reference B3P24A, weighing 200 grams. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for a period of 1 year.
